1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EvntLah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EvntLah is an event photo-sharing platform that allows hosts to create events and guests to upload and view photos. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the Service infrastructure.
• Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or any malicious purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading content you grant EvntLah a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell or distribute your content to third parties.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

EvntLah offers monthly subscription plans that provide additional storage. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically each month. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page or through the Stripe billing portal. Prices are displayed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Data Retention

All tiers serve full-resolution images — the only per-file restriction is a 5 MB limit; larger files are automatically compressed to fit. Free-tier storage is limited. Paid subscribers receive a larger storage allowance for the duration of their subscription. Photos remain accessible until they are deleted by the host or removed during platform maintenance. If a subscription ends, your data is retained for 6 months. Resubscribing within that window restores full access and resets the retention period. After 6 months of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvntLah and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account and data by contacting us or through the account settings. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our data-retention policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via the Service interface.
