Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Terms

EvntLah offers paid plans as monthly subscriptions. Each subscription grants a storage allowance that renews automatically every month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page.

2. Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you first subscribed. Stripe handles automatic renewal and payment retries. You can view your current plan, renewal date, and billing history in the Settings page. Prices are displayed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is retained for 6 months — resubscribing within that window restores full access. After 6 months, data may be permanently deleted.

4. Refund Policy

Because subscription access is granted immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge).
  • A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform for an extended period during your billing cycle.
  • You contact us within 48 hours of an accidental subscription purchase.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@evntlah.com with your account email and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period so you keep your current plan until renewal.

6. Free Tier

Free-tier events do not require a credit card and are never charged. The free tier includes limited storage with the same full-resolution photo access as paid plans. Subscribe to a monthly plan for more storage.
